The Joséphine basket is the result of our collaboration with illustrator Isabelle Fregevu, who drew its silhouette. A young woman wearing a basket and a straw hat, ready to go to the beach! She was cut from two pieces of yellow leather in our workshop in the heart of Paris, then sewn by hand.

Description

The Joséphine mini basket is a chic and elegant handbag.

The basket has been woven using a traditional technique by a women's cooperative in Morocco from natural fibres that are dried palm leaves. This means that the palm tree is not cut and only its leaves are used.

Joséphine is cut from leather sourced from surplus stocks of major leather goods manufacturers, because we feel strongly about fighting waste. Cotton-lined basket.

As each piece is handmade, the baskets will be slightly different from one another; their dimensions may vary by a few centimetres.
