Free delivery for all orders over €100 via Colissimo Pick Up Points (3 to 7 business days). If you prefer home delivery, an additional charge will apply.
Pick Up Point Delivery
Delivery within 3 to 7 business days provided by Colissimo Pick Up. €6 fee for orders under €100. Free of charge for orders over €100.
Home Delivery
Delivery within 48h to 72h (excluding weekends and public holidays), handled by Colissimo. Orders are prepared and handed over to the Post Office the day after your order. Cost depends on the weight of the parcel.
Express Delivery (24h)
Handled by TNT, FedEx, Chronopost or DHL. Available only for orders placed before 11 a.m. Cost depends on the weight of the parcel.
Note: These lead times apply only to items in stock. Customized products require 2 to 7 additional days (specified on the product page).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery is made between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. If you are absent, the carrier will leave a notice with a new delivery date.
International Deliveries
Shipping costs outside mainland France depend on the weight, destination country and chosen delivery option (standard or express). Carriers deliver between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and may require a signature. For deliveries to Switzerland, any applicable duties or taxes are payable by the customer.
Who are our carriers?
We ship with La Poste, Colissimo, TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL or Chronopost, depending on the delivery option you select.
When is your order shipped?
All orders (except personalized items) are shipped the next day from Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday 8 a.m. and Sunday evening are shipped on Monday. You will receive an email once your parcel has left our warehouse, including your tracking number. Tracking is also available in your customer account under “Track my orders”.
If you choose bank transfer, shipment will be made once payment is received.
How can you track your parcel?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number (Coliposte, TNT, Chronopost or UPS). This number is also available in your customer account, under “My orders”.
What happens if you are not at home?
Colissimo: the parcel will be delivered to your home or workplace. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left with details of the post office where you can collect it. Please bring the delivery notice and an ID document to collect your parcel.
Courier (Paris only): delivery to your home or workplace by appointment between 10 a.m.
