Alma straw Basket

The Louise basket is designed to be carried both in town and by the sea.

Its handles for carrying it by hand or on the shoulder make it a very practical handbag. The basket has been woven using a traditional technique by a women's cooperative in Morocco from natural fibers that are dried palm leaves. This means that the palm tree is not cut, and only its leaves are used.

The Louise basket is finished in genuine leather in our Paris workshop. The leather is sourced from the surplus stocks of leading leather goods manufacturers, as we take the fight against waste to heart.

In size M it's perfect for everyday use, as it can hold a computer or tablet, as well as files if you're taking it to work. In size L it's a little bigger, but just as practical : Louise size L.

As each piece is hand-crafted, the baskets will be slightly different from one another; their dimensions may vary by a few centimeters.
