What are the delivery times?
In mainland France, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days with Colissimo Pickup, or 48 to 72 hours for home delivery. An express 24-hour option is also available.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return (except for personalized items). Please contact our customer service to receive instructions.
Can personalized items be returned?
No, personalized or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
