Preamble
Please read carefully these Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs"), which govern (i) any visit to the website and (ii) any order placed on www.maudfourier.com (hereinafter the "Website").
You may save and print these T&Cs using the standard features of your browser or computer.
Article 1. Parties
These T&Cs apply between:
MMS SARL, with share capital of €16,000, registered in France with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 51518805, publisher of the Website www.maudfourier.com. Hosting provider: OVH.
Hereinafter referred to as "MMS"
And
Any individual visiting or placing an order on the Website or at the showroom located at the company’s headquarters.
Hereinafter referred to as "you", the "Customer" or the "User".
Article 2. Purpose
The purpose of these T&Cs is to define (i) the conditions of use and navigation on the Website and (ii) the ordering procedures between MMS and the User (including ordering, payment and delivery).
Article 3. Definitions
- Parties: MMS and/or the Customer.
- Order: any purchase made by a Customer on the Website.
- Product: any item offered for sale on the Website.
Article 4. Contract Formation
Browsing the Website constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.
Creating an account and validating an Order implies express acceptance of the T&Cs. You will be required to tick the boxes “I have read and accept the T&Cs” and “I confirm my acceptance” when registering and purchasing. This "double click" constitutes consent.
You declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and that you are not purchasing products for resale purposes.
Article 5. Changes to the T&Cs
MMS reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the date of your Order. Any significant change may be notified to you by email or by posting on the Website.
Article 6. Registration and Customer Account
To place an Order, you must create an account by providing your personal details (name, address, email, phone number). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You may request the deactivation of your account at any time by emailing contact@maudfourier.com.
Article 7. Orders and Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Contract Formation
The contract is deemed concluded on the date MMS sends you the Order confirmation email.
7.2 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your Order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned new, complete and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Customized or made-to-measure items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Article 8. Delivery
For any order above €100 (incl. VAT), delivery within mainland France (via Colissimo Pick Up relay points) is free of charge.
Delivery times are indicative and depend on the chosen carrier:
- France: 2 to 7 working days (or same-day delivery by courier in Paris if ordered before 11 a.m.).
- Europe: 24 hours to 7 days.
- Outside Europe: 24 hours to 15 days.
Article 9. Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue)
- PayPal
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider Mollie.
Article 10. Personal Data and Cookies
10.1 Personal Data
Your personal data is collected solely for the management of your account, Orders and, if you have consented, for newsletters and promotional offers.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and request portability of your data. You may exercise these rights at: contact@maudfourier.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
10.2 Cookies
The Website uses cookies to improve navigation and measure audience. In compliance with applicable regulations, your consent is collected on your first visit. You can manage your preferences at any time through your browser settings.
Article 11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (texts, images, trademarks, logos, design) is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Article 12. Liability
MMS makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of Website content and the proper functioning of its services. MMS shall not be held liable in the event of temporary unavailability, delivery delays attributable to carriers, or indirect damages.
Article 13. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts.
