A graphic summer tote bag, made from upcycled vintage Berber fabric and signed “My Summer Bag” in silver glitter.
This red and blue tote bag is made from an upcycled vintage Berber blanket, also known as a Moroccan haik. Each textile is selected for its colours, pattern and character, then transformed into a unique tote bag through a creative upcycling process.
On the front, the “My Summer Bag” lettering is applied in silver glitter transfer. This luminous detail gives the bag its summer identity and makes it easy to style with a beach outfit, a holiday silhouette or a relaxed city look.
Its generous, soft shape is designed to carry everyday essentials with ease: towel, pouch, book, sunglasses, wallet or weekend belongings. It can be worn on the shoulder and folds easily into a suitcase, making it a practical summer companion.
The inside is lined with printed wax cotton. Linings are chosen according to the available fabrics, so each combination of vintage Berber fabric and wax cotton makes every tote bag truly one of a kind.
An inside zipped pocket keeps small essentials secure. A snap-button tab allows the top of the bag to be slightly closed and the volume adjusted depending on how you use it.
As each tote is made from a recycled vintage textile, slight irregularities may appear. They are part of the charm of the fabric and reflect its first life.
