The Bisou straw basket with orange leather handles is a bright and graphic version of the Maud Fourier Paris handmade basket. With its orange leather handles and raised “bisou” lettering, it brings a colorful, feminine and contemporary touch to summer looks.

Its practical shape makes it easy to wear in the city, on holiday or by the sea. Thanks to its two handle lengths, this shoulder straw basket can also be carried by hand, depending on the desired style.

The basket is handwoven in Morocco from natural palm leaves by women’s cooperatives we work with in an ethical approach. Each piece may show slight variations in shape, weave and size, reflecting the handmade process.

On the front, the word “bisou” is cut from leather and hand-sewn in our Paris workshop. This signature detail adds relief to the basket and gives it a strong creative identity, between a chic beach basket and an original summer bag.

The leather details are made from upcycled leather sourced from surplus materials. This allows existing leather to be transformed into unique, colorful and durable pieces.
